2k26 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 2k26 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 | Last Updated: 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 2k26 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 2k26. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
The 2k26 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 2k26 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information you submit during registration must be truthful, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. 2k26 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm account details.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report to the 2k26 support team that your account has been compromised.
You are not permitted to share your login credentials with others or allow any third party to access your account. Any losses arising from unauthorised use resulting from your own negligence are your responsibility alone.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 2k26 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose that could damage the platform, other users, or third parties. The use of bots, automation software, or any method to bypass the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using this platform. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate the odds system, or commit fraud will result in immediate account termination and legal action where warranted.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2k26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for understanding any exchange rates that may apply if they use international payment methods, though this is not recommended for Malaysian users.
2k26 accepts a range of deposit methods including local e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go) and online banking. Deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in the same name as the 2k26 account holder. Funding via third-party payment methods is not permitted.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks. 2k26 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of suspicious activity, pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such delay via their registered email.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and can vary depending on the payment method selected. The latest information on these limits can be found in the account section after logging in or via the FAQ us.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Account Suspension
2k26 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, breaches of the terms of use, or upon request by the relevant authorities. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to log in or carry out any transactions.
An account suspension does not mean the account balance is forfeited. Once the investigation is complete and the account is cleared, it will be reinstated and the user will be notified. If a breach is found, 2k26 reserves the right to determine whether the account should be terminated or resolved through a specific procedure.
Account Closure
A user account may be permanently closed under the following circumstances: repeated breaches of the terms of use; confirmed fraud or illegal activity; intentional creation of multiple accounts; or at the user's own request. Account closure requests by users must be submitted through 2k26 customer support.
If an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any eligible net balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. In cases where closure results from a breach of terms, 2k26 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the disputed activity while the matter is being resolved.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
2k26 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 2k26 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption. The 2k26 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties as to its completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2k26 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary inaccessibility. 2k26 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2k26 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 2k26 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 2k26.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 2k26 platform may display references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and sports data suppliers. 2k26 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such third-party services entirely at their own risk.
Changes to These Terms
2k26 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the official website. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 2k26 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts for adjudication.
